Mode of SelectionThe Bank may adopt either (1) Shortlisting of applications followed by Interview or (2) Written/Online Test followed by Interview, depending on the number of applications received.
Written / Online Test (if conducted)The test will include English Language, Professional Knowledge, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. It will consist of 120 questions carrying 180 marks, with a duration of 2 hours.
Negative Marking1/4th of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer. No penalty for unanswered questions.
Shortlisting for InterviewCandidates will be shortlisted for interview based on performance in the test, in the ratio of up to 3 times (UR) and 5 times (Reserved categories) the number of vacancies.
InterviewThe interview will carry 100 marks.
Minimum Qualifying MarksMinimum qualifying marks will be 40% for UR/EWS and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
Final SelectionIf both test and interview are conducted, final merit will be based on 80:20 weightage (Test : Interview). If only interview is conducted, final selection will be based 100% on interview performance.
Tie-Breaking RuleIn case of a tie, Date of Birth will be considered. The older candidate will be placed higher in merit.
