- Visit the Bank’s official website: www.indianbank.bank.in and open the Careers page, then select Recruitment of Specialist Officers – 2026.
- Click “Click here for New Registration” and enter your name, contact details, and email ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated.
- Save your application using “SAVE AND NEXT” if you are not completing it at one time. Review the details carefully before final submission.
- Fill in all details carefully because no changes will be allowed after the FINAL SUBMIT button is clicked.
- Make sure your name and other details match your certificates and mark sheets exactly. Any mismatch may disqualify the application.
- Use “Validate your details” and “Save & Next” to confirm the application information.
- Upload your photograph and signature according to the required specifications in Annexure II.
- Fill in the remaining application details and use the Preview tab to check the full form before final registration.
- Click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” only after checking that all details, photograph, and signature are correct.
- Go to the Payment tab and pay the fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI. Transaction charges, if any, must be paid by the candidate.
- After payment, wait for the server response and do not press Back or Refresh to avoid double charges. A successful transaction will generate an e-Receipt.
- Take a printout of the online application form and e-Receipt for future reference. Do not send them to the Bank.
- Submit only one application for one post. Multiple applications may lead to rejection, and only the latest valid completed application will be kept.
